The first group of Angus Beef cattle was slaughtered last week. The Angus cattle, oxen were born in our farm in Sibiu Romania, raised and fattened here. Between 21-24 months, they reached a slaughter weight of 300 – 380 kg (carcass weight) at a good meat yield and fat cover.
